indigenous and highly reputable cosmetics/beauty company needs the
services of a qualified Customer Relation Officer/Customer Service
Representative at their office in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve customers by providing product and service information.
- Resolving product and service problems.
- Serve as key contact and liaison for customers, to ensure total customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Work with other key areas of the business to identify opportunities to improve the quality of service rendered.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of OND; preferably in social sciences.
- Minimum of one year working experience in same or related field.
- Preferably female between the ages of 20-30 years.
- Strong analytic skills.
- Laudable command of English grammar and sound communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- High level of integrity and transparency.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Must be motivated, committed, hard-working, willing to learn new skills and keen to experience new working practices.
- Should also be able to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
